Who are we?
The Geriatric Medicine Specialty Practice Group is a network of SHPA members who provide pharmacy services to older patients in a range of settings: acute medical and surgical units, subacute aged care, rehabilitation, residential aged care and other inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory or primary care settings. It also includes members who are involved in geriatric medicine teaching and research.
