The 2024 foundation seminar in Critical Care is up and running. Designed for early career pharmacists with an interest in ICU pharmacy as a career path, or an interest in the area, this seminar will introduce attendees to common Critical Care therapeutics and pharmacy practice topics such as shock, drug compatibility, sedation, sepsis and pharmacokinetics. Content will be delivered through a self paced virtual learning package followed by an interactive one-day online event to reinforce learnings through case-based scenarios and discussions.
The self-paced learning package comprises approximately 8.5 hours of learning material and will be available from Friday 5 July 2024. The live virtual component of this seminar will take place on Saturday 17 August 2024.
The self-paced learning package materials must be completed prior to attending the live virtual seminar.
